“Fast fashion is very prevalent among teenagers these days, especially considering how quickly trends change. Fast fashion is a waste of resources, not only because it’s mass produced but also because the quality is low. The product rarely gets consumed as much as it gets produced, which leads to our landfills getting filled and clothing getting burned without it ever being worn. OSPIRG is holding a clothing donation drive to promote sustainable fashion.”
