Last Friday, PIRG’s state affiliate NCPIRG Education Fund hosted a webinar about the toxic threat of PFAS “forever chemicals” and what we can do to turn off the tap on these dangerous substances. We had over 100 attendees show up and heard from 3 inspiring speakers: Dana Sargent, Executive Director of Cape Fear River Watch; North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein; and John Rumpler, Clean Water Program Director at Environment America!
