Right to repair

Tell Amazon: We need repair scores

No one clicks ‘add to cart’ thinking “I’m going to buy something unfixable!”

Unfortunately, many phones and laptops sold on Amazon are difficult to fix by design. It’s hard to know which ones are repairable, and which ones will be doomed to the dump.

Before we spend hundreds of dollars on a new phone or laptop, we deserve to know if it’s fixable when it breaks.

In some other countries Amazon displays a repair score from 0 to 10, which tells shoppers how fixable a product is. Tell Amazon, Americans deserve to see these repair scores too!
