Stop the income-based utility fee

California’s utility companies have proposed a new, income-based fixed charge on utility bills, that will increase bills for millions of people who live in apartments and small homes, and reverse the incentive to conserve energy. Tell state lawmakers to stop the new set fee on utility bills.
