MASSPIRG talks with Boston 25 News on tips to lower home heating bills

With heating costs expected to increase this winter, MASSPIRG’s Deirdre Cummings told Jason Law at Boston 25 News that residents should plan ahead, “We don’t repair a hole in our roof when it is raining, best to do it when the sun is shining.”
