Action needed: Help us defeat this bad bill in Congress

The “Accelerating a Circular Economy for Plastics and Recycling Innovation Act” sounds like a productive piece of legislation, but in reality, it would undo much of the progress made on plastic pollution reduction, including rolling back health and environmental protections and exempting plastic companies from hazardous and toxic waste regulations.

This bill threatens to worsen the consequences of nearly every aspect of plastic production, use and disposal. I urge you to help protect our health, safety and the future of our planet by voting “No” on this bad bill.
