Join OSPIRG and Environment Oregon for a discussion on tackling food waste in Oregon in 2025. This event will feature conversations with Teralyn Pilgrim, author of No Scrap Left Behind, and key players in Portland Metro’s food scraps policy; a program that has diverted 41,124 tons of food waste over the course of the past two years. We’ll also enjoy delicious Eastern European fare from the award-winning local restaurant, Kachka.
