MASSPIRG’s Consumer Action Center Director Jeanne Foy teamed up with local consumer programs in Worcester and Natick and the Office of Attorney General to hold an educational forum on consumer rights and remedies and resources in Massachusetts. tips and tools on how to protecting themselves in the marketplace.

Attending the event were community leaders and members of the public who took home tips on how to spot and avoid scams and what to do if they need help resolving a consumer dispute.
MASSPIRG provided a number of consumer guides including how to avoid robo calls and texts and how to freeze credit reports for minor children.
