Take action to help keep lead out of baby food
It’s no secret that lead is bad for kids — so it’s outrageous that lead continues to be found in store-bought baby food.
The FDA requires congressional authorization to set lead limits in foods marketed to babies and toddlers and to require companies to perform tests on their products. In 2022, the FDA asked Congress for the authority to set lead limits — but Congress did not act. To protect our children from lead poisoning, tell Congress to act today.
