Igloo Products Corp., of Katy, Texas, has recalled more than 1 million rolling, 90-quart coolers because the tow handle can cause finger injuries, including fingertip amputations, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced.
Igloo has received 12 complaints about fingertip injuries, including broken bones, cuts and amputations. Consumers can request a free replacement handle from Igloo. The recall affects more than 40 models of coolers bought between January 2019 and January 2025. They were sold by retailers including Amazon, Costco, Dick’s and Target for $80 to $140.
