Right now, there are no rules stopping tech companies from monetizing the data of kids and teens.
2.2 million Threshold candles recalled by Target
Candles can break while lit, posing the risk of cuts and burns
About 2.2 million candles from Target have been recalled because they can crack while being used, and cause cuts and burns, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced. There are more than 60 varieties of the Threshold candles in 5.5- and 20-ounce sizes affected by the recall. The candles, which were sold from February 2020 through July 2023 for $3 to $12, can be returned for a refund.
The notice said Target received 19 reports of the candles breaking while lit.
