On June 23rd, a broad array of public interest organizations sent this letter to Subway's President and CEO Frederick De Luca, calling on Subway to show leadership in protecting the long-term effectivensss of antibiotics drugs. In the letter, the groups specifically called on Subway to phase out the routine use of antibiotics in the meat that is raised for its restaurants.
